At the Hotel Universo in Rimini the catering is simple, well-kept and genuine. The aim is to bring to the table the best that our land, Romagna, has to offer, in order to make the food and wine traditions of the area known to all guests. For this reason, every day, the owners and their staff work to select the right raw materials with which to cook unique dishes.
We meet the needs of the youngest and their families, we provide highchairs in restaurants.
A good awakening
Breakfast is an important time, and getting it right helps you get through a new day. It should be balanced and provide the right amount of nutrients. In our hotel we have a sweet and savoury breakfast buffet. Our guests can decide, according to their tastes and needs, what is best to do. You can decide between sweet products such as hot brioches, cakes, biscuits, and fruit or savoury products such as bread, cheeses, eggs, cold cuts and crackers. There is no shortage of drinks, hot and cold, such as coffee, cappuccinos, tea and juices.
Energy recharge
Lunch and dinner take place daily from 13:00 and 19:00 respectively. You have the option of choosing one of the three proposed meat or fish menus, always accompanied by a buffet of cooked and raw vegetables. We put the typical recipes from our territory and we offer them on our menus; from piadas with cold cuts and cheeses to local pasta such as strozzapreti and cappelletti, from pork cracklings to Adriatic fish.
